Trinity Western University names new Dean of ACTS

Langley, British Columbia—Trinity Western University is pleased to announce that Larry Perkins, PhD, has been named Dean of the Associated Canadian Theological Schools of Trinity Western University (ACTS), a consortium of five seminaries. Perkins holds a BA and an M.Ed. from the University of British Columbia, BA and an MA degrees from Oxford University, and an MA and a PhD from the University of Toronto. He has served as Dean of Northwest Baptist Seminary for 19 years, has been involved in the development of ACTS since its inception in 1987, and serves as a faculty member in New Testament within the context of ACTS.

Trinity Western University, located in Langley, B.C., is a privately funded Christian liberal arts university enrolling 2,850 students this year. With a broad-based, liberal arts and sciences curriculum, the University offers undergraduate degrees in 34 major areas ranging from business, education and computer science to biology and nursing, and 12 graduate degrees including counselling psychology, theology and administrative leadership.
