Call for artists

Langley, BC-The Great West Life Spirit of Christmas hosted at Trinity Western University from November 29th to December 1st is looking for local community groups, schools and other local talent to be a part of this year's festivities.

Last year, the highly successful event drew over 4000 people from all areas of the Fraser Valley. Visitors heard community Christmas concerts, watched TWU's production of The Living Nativity, visited a children's petting zoo and heard award-winning musicians perform holiday favorites. This year there will be more events for attendees to enjoy, including a kick-off concert featuring accomplished musicians and more family-oriented events spread over the course of the three days. Christmas trees will also be made available for purchase and the campus will double its amount of festive Christmas lights.

Trinity Western University would like you to be involved in some way this year. We have two venue stages and a presentation space over the three days of programming for choirs, bands, dance and or drama groups. If you or your group is interested in providing talent please contact Michael Wipf, Event Producer at 778.882.0393 or email mike.wipf@twu.ca.
