Professor of Religious Studies and Canadian Research Chair of the Dead Sea Scroll Dr. Peter Flint presents a keynote lecture at the unveiling of the Dead Sea Scrolls at The Museum of Biblical & Sacred Writings in California.

TWU Professor of Religious Studies and Canada Research Chair in Dead Sea Scrolls Studies Dr. Peter Flint is presenting a keynote address at the unveiling of rare $60,000 facsimile editions of six Dead Sea Scrolls. The event will be attended by prominent Dead Sea Scroll scholars from around the world and takes place at the Museum of Sacred and Biblical Writings in Irvine, California on October 17th, 2009. Preceding the unveiling, The Museum of Sacred and Biblical Writings is hosting lectures about “Writings from The Ancient World.” Among the experts speaking, Dr. Flint will be presenting on “The Great Isaiah Scroll of the Dead Sea Scrolls.”
