FINAL EXAMS:

1.      CAN I FIGURE OUT MY EXAM SCHEDULE BEFORE THE OFFICIAL SCHEDULE IS RELEASED? 

2.      WHAT ARE THE EXAM CONFLICT PROCEDURES? 

  • An exam conflict is defined as one of the following:
    • Two exams in the same period.
    • Three consecutive exams within 24 hours.
    • An exam on a Saturday or Religious Holiday that cannot be written for religious reasons.
  • Exam Conflict Resolution Forms are available at the Office of the Registrar.  A copy of your exam schedule, indicating the conflict, must be attached to this form.  The form may be taken to your professor to request a change in exam time.  Exam changes are not official until the completed form is returned to the Office of the Registrar for a signature.
  • Exam times to be changed for any other reason are at a cost of $100 per exam, and are at the discretion of the faculty member.  “Change of Final Exam Authorization” forms are available from the Office of the Registrar.  The form must be completed by the professor and student, and then returned to the Office of the RegistrarExam changes are not official until the completed form is returned to the Office of the Registrar for a signature.
