HKIN 190 - Concepts of Physical Fitness - 2 sem. hrs.

OR

HKIN activity course - 1 sem. hr.

HKIN activity course - 1 sem. hr.

  • Students not taking a major, concentration, or minor in Human Kinetics are limited to one HKIN course per semester.
  • Students taking a Human Kinetics major, concentration, or minor must take HKIN 191 (Introduction to Fitness and Wellness - 3 sem. hrs.) instead of HKIN 190.
