Biography
Dr. Roberta Neault is president of Life Strategies Ltd., a consulting firm based in Aldergrove, BC. Roberta has an eclectic career - teaching counselling for several universities, developing training programs and curriculum (both classroom-based and online), speaking locally and internationally, counselling/coaching, and overseeing diverse projects within her company. She serves as co-executive coordinator of ENET (a professional association for career practitioners) and as editor of the Journal of Employment Counseling. Although her educational background is in teaching and counselling/educational psychology, Roberta has taught in business programs at SFU and the McRae Institute of International Management at Capilano University. Her research interests include sustainability of individuals and organizations, career management, dual career couples, and international/global careers. Aside from work, Roberta has been married for over 30 years, is the mother of two adult daughters, and “Nana” to one granddaughter – and loves her family roles. She and her husband have been active members of Coquitlam Presbyterian Church since 1985. They both enjoy seeing new places and manage to combine business with pleasure, travelling nationally and internationally several times per year.
