Vancouver native David Brett is a seasoned mining industry executive and technology entrepreneur. Currently CEO of explorer Pacific Bay Minerals Ltd. (TSX Venture), David was formerly CEO of TSE listed northern BC gold miner Cusac Gold Mines. Founder (1999) & CEO of ecommerce and enterprise software firm Knexa Solutions Ltd., David is a recognized leader in the fields of Knowledge Management and Intellectual Capital. In addition to expertise in start-ups and venture capital, David has an ecommerce patent pending, a number of academic publications to his credit, and is on the editorial board of the Journal of Intellectual Capital. David and his wife Lorraine met in high school and both became Christians in 1980, marrying that same year at Vancouver’s Fraserview Assembly. Both attended Jubilee Bible College in 1982. They now have three grown sons and live in New Westminster. Lorraine & David attend Coastal Church in Vancouver, Commercial Drive Campus.
