Franco Papalia’s experience in the financial services industry spans over 35 years. His multi-faceted background enables him to identify innovative solutions to meet the specific needs of clients. “Helping our clients meet and exceed their financial goals is the most important thing we can do to ensure financial achievement – both theirs and ours,” he says. “And to do it with integrity is of vital importance. That means listening closely to each client’s goals, developing smart, innovative strategies for those goals, and then doing exactly what you said you would do. The bond of trust between a client and an advisor is won daily. It will only grow into a long term relationship if you always put doing what’s right for your client first.”

Born and raised in Vancouver, Franco has been happily married to Karen for over 25 years. They lead an active lifestyle with their three sons Zak, Josh and Sam. Franco is an avid cyclist and skier, and also enjoys the occasional golf game.

Franco has a passion for helping others today, to produce profound change in our world tomorrow. He is a mentor in Trinity Western University’s student mentor program and provides an annual bursary to select students in the Business Program. Franco is a board member of Vision360, which seeks to connect like minded business leaders with the desire to create community in population centers in Canada and around the world.
