Ron joined Elim in 2007 as Director of Operations; instrumental in the construction, staffing and licensing of our 118 bed residential care facility. Once operational, Ron accepted the role as Chief Operating Officer; responsible for establishing contracts with staff, hospitality services, Fraser Health Authority and British Columbia Housing. On September 1, 2012, Ron Pike officially accepted and moved into the role of Executive Director for Elim Village. His strong leadership skills, knowledge in commerce and strengths in communication have contributed greatly towards improving Elim's organizational efficiency within the not-for-profit sector.
Ron graduated from Trinity Western University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and his Master's Degree in Administrative Leadership in Business. Prior to coming to Elim, Ron was involved in high performance sport through the Canadian Inter-university Sport League eventually leading TWU Men's Volleyball club to national prominence culminating in the winning of the National Championship in 2006. Ron understands the importance of being surrounded by qualified people committed to the long term goal.
