The Counselling Centre is committed to providing services that aid students in their personal growth and development. Personal issues, obstacles to learning, and past experiences may hinder academic success and individual growth. TWU recognizes this need and maintains a Counselling Ccentre where students can seek assistance from a registered clinical counsellor.
Individual, couple, and pre-marital counselling is available for a nominal fee per appointment. An initial inquiry may be made without charge. Students are also given opportunities to participate in a variety of small groups that foster personal growth. This growth is encouraged through self-exploration, openness about life issues and experiences, giving and receiving feedback, and setting and working towards personal goals and healing.
8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday—Friday, September to May. Closed weekends and holidays.
