Biography

Andrew Heming has been actively involved in the Strength and Conditioning Industry in the areas of Athletic Performance Development, Personal Training, Post-Rehabilitation, and Fitness Leader Development.

Andrew currently works with all of Trinity Western University's Spartan Athletics teams as a Strength & Conditioning Coach. In addition to this, he is an instructor at Trinity Western University's School of Human Kinetics teaching courses in Weight Training, Advanced Weight Training, Conditioning and Exercise Physiology. He also works with Canadian Online Fitness Education developing courses and workshops for fitness trainers.
