Biography
Dr. Harris, a tenor soloist, singer-songwriter, and church musician for over thirty years is an experienced teacher, having taught at the Elementary, Middle, Secondary and Post-Secondary levels. As an affiliate faculty member at TWU for seventeen years, Dr. Harris enjoys working with students as they develop their God-given gifts. His solo experience ranges from contemporary Christian to classics, including oratorio, lieder and opera. In 2005 he completed his Doctor of Musical Arts in Voice Performance at UBC. He is Associate Pastor of Church Ministries at Bakerview MB Church in Abbotsford, is married with three grown children, and two grandchildren.
