- Entering a 10th year of service as Vice President for Student Life at LCC International University in Klaipeda Lithuania

- Taught for Azusa Pacific University's MA in Organizational Leadership program in Brazil, Chile, Ethiopia, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Lithuania, Switzerland and the U.K. Was site coordinator and professor-in-residence for the Lithuanian site for this program for the past 6 years.
