Biography
Alexandra "Nana" Dumitra was born in Austria. Between 1993 and 2006 she spent most of her time serving as a missionary to the Deaf in both Romania and the Philippines. She was involved in church planting, leadership training, Bible translation and literacy work in the context of the Deaf Community. Nana and her husband will continue to be involved in Bible translation and literacy work among the Deaf in the Eurasia area, working remotely from Canada. Nana started teaching at TWU in the fall of 2011.
