Dr. Parolini creatively integrates scholarship in practical ways into the day to day lives of leaders, teams, and organizations.

Education: B.A. in Business Administration and M.B.A. (Dominican University), M.A. in Transformational Leadership (Bethel University Seminary), Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership (Regent University, Virginia Beach, VA). Dissertation: Investigating the Distinctions Between Transformational and Servant Leaders

Notable Accomplishments and experience:

Dissertation was selected by The Christian Business and Faculty Association for presentation at their 2007 Doctoral Showcase and by Regent University for the 2007 Outstanding Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership Dissertation of the Year Award; led and established positive change within the lives of a number of leaders and organizations; traveled to India and Russia to train leaders; Certified Christian Conciliator; Completion of StrenghtsCoach 1; received Outstanding Supplier of the Year Designation and four President's Honor Roll Awards for outstanding service. Dr. Parolini brings a blend of corporate, academic and ministry experiences to teaching with an integrative, facilitative, and experiential flair.
