Biography
Dr. Thorpe's professional experience includes 14 years on faculty at TWU; 21 years of teaching music theory (Rudiments, Harmony and Aural Skills); and more than 25 years of professional performing experience. At Trinity Western University he enjoys a variety of responsibilities in both academic and applied areas of music. Conducting Concert Band, coaching small ensembles and teaching music theory are just some of the activities that occupy him on campus.
