LDRS 500 - Leadership Foundations (3 Sem Hrs)

The introductory course focuses on the philosophical and theoretical basis for leadership practice, as well as practical application of practice concepts. There is special emphasis on evaluating the historical models, servant leadership as a guiding relationship-based paradigm, and personal leadership skill development.
