LDRS 503 - Results Based Leadership (3 Sem Hrs)

This course focuses on how positive organizational change is achieved by utilizing all resources for the achievement of best performance results and excellence. Conceptual financial and accountability theory and principles will be studied. Case-study-based and experiential learning will include a balanced emphasis on linking financial and non-financial measures and reporting systems.
