The impact of the MAL program is immediate. Our emphasis on leadership of people impacts all of our students relationships, including friends, family, and work. Many of our students receive promotions before they graduate. At least 50% of our students receive promotions or desired lateral moves within 6 months of graduation. In the business stream, this is more than 70%. Our alumni are enrolled in both national and international Ph.D. programs. Many have published both books and articles, contributing to leadership study.
