Please note that pre-registration must be received by May 4 in order for meals to be included.Self serve cafeteria will be available at a cost for anyone registering after that date.
Registration Fee:
Full Registration:
$150 early bird rate until March 15th, 2012
$200 after March 15th, 2012
Post Secondary Student Rate: (must be a current post secondary student)
$ 50 early bird rate until March 15th, 2012
$100 after March 15th, 2012
Single Day Registration: (Friday or Saturday)
$100
Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel or alter your registration for any reason, please notify us via email at nursing_info@twu.ca a month before the event date.
Your registration will be refunded, less a $25 processing fee.
No refunds will be made after this date.
