Payment Dates

Undergraduate Students: 

  • Fall: first Friday of August and October 15
  • Spring: first Friday of December and February 15

Graduate Students: 

  • Payment is due 2 weeks prior to the first day of classes.
  • Access to MyCourses is restricted until payment is received; early payment ensures your place in the class and early access to MyCourses.

Please note that if your payment and/or confirmation of loans, bursaries, etc. is not received by these deadlines and you do not contact us about this, we will assume that you have had a change in plans and will not be attending the course, and therefore your course selection will be cancelled. You will have the opportunity to re-register until the deadline for Add/Drop, but you will incur a Late Registration Fee of $50. If you have difficulties meeting this deadline (perhaps a student loan confirmation is not working, or you need an extra day or two), please contact our office - we have options!

Again, if you are having issues making payments by these deadlines, please contact us - don't assume the worst - we have options that may help you.
