October 25 - November 26
President's Gallery, Reimer Student Centre (2nd Floor)
Multiple States is a suite of screen prints created by students in the Spring 2011 semester of Edith Krause’s ART 290 class. These images reflect the students’ growing exploration of the surprisingly wide range and flexibility of this media, often dismissively seen as a means of printing T-shirts. The multiple and unique ways of capturing visual information accommodated by screen-printing allows for the creation of meaning by juxtaposing images through sequencing and layering. You are invited to view the results of the student's technical, formal and conceptual inquiries.
