Buying Tickets
PLEASE NOTE: All ticket purchases (online, in person, and over the phone) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Online
Online ticket sales are available through our secure ticket order system. Buy tickets at your convenience, day or night. Please note:
- Online ticket sales close 24 hours prior to each performance
- Once online sales close, we cannot process credit card purchases
To prevent overselling, a limited number of tickets are available online. Please phone or email the box office for questions on "Sold Out" status. Sometimes tickets are still available, but not online.
In Person
Regular box office hours are 10:30 - 11:30 am weekdays.
The box office also opens 1.5 hours before each performance.

Tickets can be purchased over the phone with a Visa or MasterCard. If you get our voice messaging system, please leave your name and phone numbers, and your call will be returned as soon as possible (please be aware that this may take up to three days, depending upon your requested performance).
Group Rates
Group rates are available for parties of 10 or more, for evening performances only. Contact us for details.
You can also email your request to twuboxoffice@gmail.com; please include your phone number and we will call you to process your credit card payment over the phone.
Payment Options
Tickets can be purchased at the door with cash or cheque (made out to Trinity Western University). Sorry, no debit or credit. There is a cash machine on campus located in the Reimer Student Centre.
Sold Out Performances
SAMC Theatre shows frequently sell out, so we encourage patrons to purchase tickets sooner rather than later. If a show is sold out, we make every effort to post updated information on our website. Often online ticket sales are suspended while a limited number of seats are still available, to prevent overselling. Please contact our box office if tickets are not available online.
If a show is sold out, and you would like to be on a waiting list, please call or email our box office. WE WILL NOT CONTACT YOU. The waiting list is conditional upon patron "no-shows," which cannot be determined until 10 minutes before curtain. If you are on the waiting list, you must show up and confirm with the box office that you are waiting. We cannot guarantee getting into the show.
Picking Up Tickets
Your tickets will be waiting for you at the box office on the night of the performance. We advise that you arrive at least 30 minutes before curtain. You can also pick them up during regular box office hours. Please have your credit card and ID available for verification.
Seating
General seating only. The theatre opens approximately 20 minutes before curtain.
Latecomers
Due to the configuration of the theatre space, latecomers cannot be admitted until intermission. Please allow enough time for parking and/or picking up tickets as exceptions cannot be made.
Parking
All parking on campus is by permit or paid parking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Purchase a ticket at the kiosk just past the welcome booth, then follow the "SAMC Theatre" signs to the appropriate parking lot. For more info, click here.
Notes
- Student rates also apply to seniors (65+).
- Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to performance.
- Please mention any special needs when calling to reserve your tickets.
- In consideration of actors and other patrons, infants and children under 5 will not be admitted to performances.
- In the event of a sold out performance when there are patrons waiting, unclaimed tickets may be released for resale 10 minutes before curtain.
