How do I use my student loans for my first TWU payment?

Fax a copy of your Loan Confirmation (please include your TWU ID#) to the Registrar's Office at 604.513.2096.  Even though the actual loan will not arrive until the beginning of the semester, you can use your loan confirmation toward your first payment. For more details on how to make a payment, contact registrar@twu.ca.

If you have a credit balance in your student account once your fees are paid for the semester, you may request a refund cheque from the Registrar's Office.

For questions regarding loans, contact the Financial Aid Office.

For questions regarding payment contact the Registrar's Office at 604.513.2070 or at registrar@twu.ca.

What happens when it's time to repay my loans?

Federal and Provincial Loans (You repay both your federal and provincial through the National Student Loan Service Center.)
