How to create personal and/or business account (that receives TWU’s pricing):
1) Login to www.eway.ca
2) Click on “Need an E-way.ca User ID?” (within the LOGIN box on the left hand side of the home page)
3) Complete and submit the ONLINE REQUEST FORM.
IMPORTANT:
- In the “Your Questions, Comments, Suggestions:” box, indicate that you are applying for the TWU Friends and Family Program, Account # 784205; as well as who referred you to this program.
- Where it ask for a “Company Name” enter it, OR your name for a personal account.
4) Once your request is approved you will be contacted by Staples Advantage and provided with a user ID and password and can begin purchasing products.
5) You can use your personal credit card OR if this is for your business, you can set up a GL account with Staples Advantage. Order are subject to “50 GREEN” charges (www.fiftygreen.ca)

Request a beautifully designed alumni card for a memento and to use to attain benefits. Email Alumni Relations your grad year and student ID, as well as whether you would like to pick up or have the card mailed (please provide address).

05. Norma Marion Alloway Library
TWU promotes a learning lifestyle and is pleased to offer alumni access to the Norma Marion Alloway Library for $15 annually. Please bring your Alumni ID with you when purchasing card.
Please note: Unfortunately, the NMA Library is unable to provide off-campus online access for alumni to their electronic journals and e-books. This is due to the licenses which they signed with their vendors (the same is true for all post-secondary institutions). See here for who can access/checkout what, etc.
06. Fitness Centre Access
As part of the Wellness Centre and as a division of Student Life, Recreation Services exists in order to promote and deliver student-led wellness activities: intramurals, club teams, special events, group fitness, and rentals. Alumni can enjoy free access to the Fitness Centre.
07. Degree framing

09. Spartan Home Games
Alumni, come on home and cheer on your Spartans! Join us at the David E. Enarson Gymnasium and pay a discounted rate of $7.00 admission. Also enjoy free parking, arranged through your Alumni Relations office, and look for "Alumni Night" on the deck.
10. Complimentary Parking Pass & License Plate Frame
Contact Alumni Relations for your complimentary TWU Alumni license plate frame.
To receive an Alumni parking pass, simply email parking@twu.ca. The parking pass will be valid for three years.
11. Scholarships for Alumni Dependants

The Glenn Carter ScholarshipThis scholarship is available for American Alumni Dependants (from years 1970 to 1980) only.
The Children of Canadian Trinity Western University Alumni AwardThis scholarship is available for Canadian Alumni Dependants. No year specifics.

12. Career Development Office - Advising Services Discount
We welcome TWU Alumni to the Career Development Office, located in the Reimer Student Centre. The advisers have Masters' level training in Counselling Psychology and offer professional and caring assistance.
- Cost: Students and Alumni are offered complementary appointments
- Community Members: $85 per session

13. Discounted Rental Rates for TWU Facilities
We welcome you back to the TWU Campus - for your family reunions, business meetings, or theatre productions, to name a few options! As TWU Alumni, you will receive a discounted rate on our Halls, Auditoriums, Lounges, Classrooms, Theatre, and Gymnasium. 14. Discounted Rates for Laurentian Leadership Centre Accommodations
Dorm room style accommodations at the LLC are available for TWU Alumni during June, July & August at discounted rates. These dorm room style accommodations include single beds, linens, and private shower/bathroom in each dorm room. Accommodations are on a first come first serve basis. It is a requirement that all guests contact the LLC staff in advance for guests who would like to stay at the Laurentian Leadership Centre to determine if there is availability, to arrange arrival times to get into the building and for all guests to sign and fax back a rental agreement; which confirms the booking. The alumni rate for dorm room style accommodations at the Laurentian Leadership Centre is $30 per single person, and $40 per couple. Click here for a Virtual Tour of the LLC.
