The Call Centre has been one of the most successful initiatives of the Alumni Department. It has been operational since the Spring of 2009. Each semester the Alumni Department hires 7-10 students to call every graduated alumnus on the phone (one call per year). The objective of these calls are:
1) to thank the alumnus for choosing Trinity Western University as their post secondary educational institution.
2) to inform the alumnus of upcoming alumni events in their area.
3) to acquire updated contact information.
