04. How do I become involved with planning a reunion?

TWU Alumni Relations supports the 5th & 10th reunion anniversaries. There is no standard reunion format. Your class has its own personality and will remember the university in a unique way. Each reunion is a customized event.

Reunions are typically (but not always) planned in conjunction with TWU's Alumni Weekend, held in the late fall. The Friday night is dedicated to specific reunions, with the Saturday being open to all alumni.

The first step to planning the reunions is to strike up a Planning Committee, members of your graduating class who will create the event with the assistance of Alumni Relations. If you are interested in becoming involved with the creation and planning of upcoming reunions, please call the Alumni Department at (604)-513-2121 (ext.3325) or email alumni@twu.ca

05. How do I nominate someone for a TWU Distinguished Alumni Award?

To nominate an alumnus for the TWU Distinguished Alumni Award, simply fill out the form found at the Alumni Awards web page.

Nominators may be TWU employees, students, alumni, board members, or members of the community.

06. I've lost touch with old friends from TWU. Can the Alumni Relations Department help me find them?

TWU Alumni has a Facebook group with over 1,600 members, which may be a great start with your search for old friends from TWU.

Due to our Privacy Policy, the Alumni Relations Department does not release the contact information of graduates. However, if you'd like to get in touch with an old classmate we can attempt to send a message on your behalf.
