Guest Speaker: Michael Sambrook, TWU Development Representative

Michael will be introducing TWUimpact, the latest online initiative, which provides an opportunity for the TWU community to tell their story and give back.The group will then attend the TWUimpact launch.

Ceilidh trains a variety of clients ranging from National level / professional / immerging athletes, recreational enthusiasts, and actors. Ceilidh works at Optimum Sport Performance & Health Centre.

Topic: Incorporating Exercise into a Busy Schedule

Lilian Whitmore and Vicki Parkinson are planning a reunion for alumnae of '62 - '66, taking place at TWU. Join them to re-connect with your past classmates and hear from current President Jonathan Raymond, past President Cal Hansen, and past professor, Benno Friesen.

Cost: Complimentary Saturday luncheon, Saturday dinner is on own.
