TAICANG, China – Trinity Western University Spartans third year cross-country runner Katelynn Ramage (Surrey/Nanaimo, B.C.) had a personal best of 1:49.30 to finish 82nd this past Saturday at the senior women’s IAAF World Race Walking Cup in Taicang, China.

OTTAWA - A contingent of eight athletes, including Trinity Western's Katelynn Ramage, will travel to Taicang, China to compete in the 2014 International Association of Athletics Federation (IAAF) World Race Walking Cup May 3. Taicang has previously hosted the IAAF Race Walking Challenge event, this race will be the same 2-kilometre loop course in the centre of the city.

LANGLEY, British Columbia – Trinity Western cross country and track and field athlete Alison Jackson (Vermilion, Alta.) will represent Canada in just over a week’s time as she is set to compete in the 2014 World University Cross Country Championships Mar. 22 in Entebbe, Uganda.

Wednesday.

LANGLEY, British Columbia – Trinity Western first-year student-athlete Regan Yee (South Hazelton, B.C.) and second-year Joel de Schiffart (Nanaimo, B.C.) were both named 2013 BC Athletics Junior Cross Country Runners of the Year while de Schiffart was also named BC Athletics Junior Road Runner of the Year.
