The Trinity Western men's hockey team earned an upset win over Simon Fraser in the first round of the 2013-14 playoffs. With the victory, the Spartans advanced to the BCIHL championship series for the first time in program history. This is Championship Week.

KAMLOOPS, British Columbia – The Trinity Western University Spartans and the Thompson Rivers University WolfPack battled to a competitive 0-0 draw Friday night in Kamloops, B.C. The tie moves TWU to 1-1-1, while TRU gets their first points in Canada West at 0-0-1.

KAMLOOPS, British Columbia – For the third straight match Trinity Western University fifth year midfielder Jessica King (Liverpool, England) has scored as she help the No. 2 Spartans to a 3-1 win over the Thompson Rivers University WolfPack Friday night in Kamloops, B.C. The game winner by King keeps the Spartans unbeaten at 2-0-1, while the loss drops the WolfPack to 0-1 in their Canada West conference opener.

LANGLEY, British Columbia – Trinity Western fifth-year women’s soccer striker Jessica King (Liverpool, England) was named the Canada West Female 3rd Star of the Week after tallying two critical goals in two games this past weekend for the Spartans.
