 | SPARTANS VS DINOS, BISONS VS GOLDEN BEARS FOR CANADA WEST CHAMPIONSHIP Men's Volleyball - date: Feb. 24th, 2012 at 11:00am LANGLEY, British Columbia – Beginning on Friday evening at 6 p.m. at the Langley Events Centre in Langley, B.C. the second place University of Manitoba will match up with third place University of Alberta in the opening match of the Canada West Final Four. The No. 2 Bisons and the No. 4 Golden Bears met twice this year on Nov. 25-26 in Winnipeg. The Bisons took the first match 3-1, while the Bears took the second match, 3-2. In the other Canada West semi-final first place and host Trinity Western University will play fourth place University of Calgary in the day’s second match which is scheduled for an 8 p.m. start. The No. 1 Spartans and the No. 6 Dinos met twice this year with TWU earning two wins in Calgary, 3-0, 3-1, Feb. 3-4. |
