SpartansTV: WHERE THE SPARTANS PLAY

The Spartans begin the 2011-12 season once again streaming all home events. You can follow the Spartans soccer, volleyball and basketball live on CanadaWest.TV. All the Spartans men's hockey action can be picked up at the LANGLEYEVENTSCENTRE.COM or directly to ARENA STREAM.

You can also follow Spartans Hockey on SportsCanada.TV website, which includes some road games and archived games.

Make sure to check CanadaWest.TV to follow the Spartans basketball and volleyball on the road or if you can't make it down to the Langley Events Centre.

The 2010-11 season was a record-breaking one for SpartansTV as the crew broadcast a total of 75 games plus 11 men's volleyball games through SSN Canada at the CIS National Championship.

For the first time ever, SpartansTV broadcasted a men's basketball playoff series as Trinity Western hosted Fraser Valley in the opening round of the playoffs. SpartansTV also broadcasted, for the second straight year, both men's and women's volleyball first playoff round series. It was also the first season in which Trinity Western hockey was broadcast on SpartansTV.

With such a successful year on the courts this season, with men's volleyball winning CIS gold, men's basketball winning CIS silver and women's volleyball winning CIS bronze, the 2011-12 year is bound to be another thrilling season at Trinity Western and SpartansTV will be there every step of the way.

SpartansTV: THE NEXT GENERATION

In the fall of 2009, Spartan Athletics began a new era in its sports broadcasting as it officially switched from being a web radio sports broadcaster to a web television sports broadcaster.

SpartansTV has now been broadcasting for two years and has shown well over 100 Trinity Western regular season and playoff games., including, through SSN Canada, both the 2009 women's soccer CIS National Championship and the 2011 men's volleyball CIS National Championship. The SpartansTV broadcast crew covers soccer, volleyball, basketball and hockey.
