original. thought.
Sometimes I wonder if such a thing even exists.
Maybe, maybe no.
I am certain, however, that nothing I put to (web)page comes close to being original. I have never been accused of being an inventor. Innovator, maybe. But I’ve never been known to create something on my own. I typically take something someone else has made and pretend it is my own. Usually at the risk of plagiarism. Maybe that’s why my summer motto was mimic and improve. It worked for me, but I wonder how it translates to my writing.
That being said, I’ve been receiving feedback on the topical pattern developing in my writing. More specifically, some have asked where it is going. So, without no ado, here are some chapter titles that I am presently working on:
- i am heretic.
- Hype
- The importance of irrationality
- Movies, Fairy-tales, And Some Sitcoms
- Alternate Title: Mini-golf and Ice Cream Sundaes
- Endangered Species: Truth
- Alternate Title: In all honesty
- The person inside the persona
- Critic(al thinking)
- tick-tock (the supremacy of timing)
More than anything, they are simply ideas that have somehow made it into written form (of some sort). They are scrabbled, convoluted, and likely unfit for review at present. I have no idea when any of these will reader ready. But hopefully sometime soon you will see them here.
