Fraser Hall

The newly renovated Fraser Hall is a three-storey building composed of three residences: North Fraser,Fraser Apartments, and South Fraser.

Two accommodation styles are found in Fraser Hall:

• North Fraser and South Fraser are traditional dorm styles with a maximum of 8 rooms (16 people) sharing one large communal bathroom (3 showers, 1 tub, 3-4 toilets, 3-4 sinks, toiletry storage space)
• Fraser Apartments have both one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Each apartment comes with a living room, bedroom(s), a closet, and a full bathroom.

Amenities in each room:

• two twin size beds
• two dressers
• two desks/chairs/desk lamps

Fraser Hall has three large, modernly furnished community lounges located on each floor, with a TV, DVD player and couches in each one. Lounges on the second and third floor also have dining tables/chairs and fridges, creating a more relaxing, homey atmosphere.
