our team of business analysts works directly with the TWU community stakeholders to help them refine the requirements of their technology needs, help them identify metrics to measure the value of their initiatives and walk them through the project prioritization workflow.

Procurement
seeks to work with (and on behalf of) stakeholders to meet the prioritized needs of the University. This involves seeking competitive pricing, negotiating win-win contracts, and guiding the procurement process through the appropriate University procedures.

Implementation
is the definitive stage established by the vision, goals and planning. Our role is to manage and schedule resources, overcome roadblocks and produce deliverable results while measuring and monitoring progress towards successful completion. This is accomplished by one or several of these teams: Core Systems Team, User Support Team, Strategic Systems Team, and Telecom Services.
Our Mission
The Project Management Office seeks to develop technology systems that streamline university processes by evaluating web-based communication systems, equipping employees with the technology they need and expanding the capacity for development in the TWU community.
