Trinity Western University is pleased to provide phone service for all resident students. Each room is equipped with a phone line activated for local calling. Your phone number and voicemail instructions will be posted in your room when you move in. You will be able to make local calls and personalize your voicemail immediately.

Staff and Faculty
Telecom Services provides phone service for all staff and faculty offices. Each office is equipped with a basic phone set and line activated for local calling. All departments are responsible for the costs related to their telephone service, including long distance charges, toll charges, and connection charges where applicable.

Public Phones
Telecom Services has placed numerous telephone sets across the campus for public use. They are easily recognized by their blue color and have been configured to call campus local numbers, local calling within the 604 area code, and most toll free numbers. Prepaid calling cards can be purchased at the TWU bookstore.
