Campus Support Technicians
Each building on campus has a technician assigned to maintain its technological devices. Hover over the following chart to see the tech for your building, and please respect proper protocol by submitting a Helpdesk ticket rather than contacting your tech privately.
We believe that education is an integral part of supporting the campus, so we are in the process of putting together a series of Lunch & Learn training sessions. Please visit our Training page, where you can learn more.
All large-scale web design projects must first be assessed through the Prioritization Process. Once accepted, the project will then be implemented by University Communications (UCOMM). All small-scale projects and troubleshooting questions are handled by IT and can be submitted through the Helpdesk.
The main lab facility resides in the library and exists primarily for resident students who don't own a portable computer. There are secondary labs in both of the collegiums for commuting students, and a third lab in Neufeld 20, dedicated to students with a declared major or minor in Mathematical Sciences. Students Helping Others Use Technology is a campus ministry designed and operated by students to help their peers with software, hardware and any other technological issues they may be facing.
