The Mission of the SST

The mission of the Strategic Systems Team (SST) is to assist Trinity Western University by serving its various departments thru support, analysis, and innovation of the organizational activities.

Matthew 20:26-28

We Fulfill this Mission by:

• Analyzing business processes
• Strategically plan improvements
• Create systems to improve efficiency
• Modernize business operations
• Create customer friendly interfaces
• Support existing systems and departments
• Operate through supporting and innovating
• Centralize all systems development
• Become the schools supplier of web/data systems
• Having Christ-like attitudes in our attitude and interactions.

Ground Rules:

• Personal initiative to look at processes and questions the work
• Be driven to want to make change
• Not afraid to ask the tough questions
• Ability to work with all sorts of people to achieve better business solutions
• Willingness to question/challenge even when it is a hard situation
