Joan van Dyck, a TWU alumna and communications major, is the VP of Communications for Trinity Western University. She has experience in media, communications and public relations through her roles in small business, print and television media, advertising, and work with NPOs. Since 2004, Joan has served in the Communications department at TWU in the roles of Senior Communications Specialist and Director. She gives leadership to the University’s visual identity and major communications projects through various communications platforms, including web, print and multimedia. In her current role, Joan is also Editor in Chief of Trinity Western magazine. These duties combine with her special interest in ethics, a focus of her studies toward an English MA in Interdisciplinary Humanities at TWU. Joan has served on several boards and is Past-President of the International Dyslexia Association of BC.
