Payment Methods
We accept cash and cheques in both Canadian and US funds; debit cards from Canadian banking institutions, online banking, bank wire, direct deposit, and pre-approved credit card payment plan.
Online Banking
Instructions:
- Go to your financial institution’s website
- Click on the Online Banking link
- Sign-in with your username and password (the password can be obtained through your financial institution)
- Click on Pay Bills or Payments
- Click on Add Payee. In the Search area choose: Trinity Western University.
- Enter your Student ID # as the account number (If your ID number is less than six digits, you can add zeros before the number)
- You can now select TWU from your payee list and make payment.
- Submit the payment and record the confirmation number
- Forward this confirmation number with the amount and description of item you are paying to extension@twu.ca or print and fax information to 604.513.2060

Credit Card Payment Plan
3 equal payments on pre-approved credit card payment.
The first payment is processed at time of registration, second and third payments on the 15th day of the following two consecutive months. A finance charge for the credit card payment plan will be calculated at 6% of the total fees.

Student Loans and Other Awards
Approved government student loans and grants
Loans and grants can be applied to tuition but the student MUST provide a copy of the Notification of Award letter from the Student Services Branch in your province to TWU Extension at Trinity Western University upon registration.
BC Students, this information can be printed off the following web site (www.bcsap.bc.ca) . Note that to obtain this information, you must input your social insurance #, loan application #, and birth date.
