The President's Cabinet includes the senior officers of the University and, under direction of the President, the Cabinet is responsible to:
- Advise the President on general operation matters
- Act as a forum for sharing executive information and coordinate response to institution-wide issues
- Cast the vision/strategic plan and engage other bodies as necessary
- Design and approve institutional processes, and certify when processes have been completed
- Approve budgets and give approval to the consolidated TWU budget/financial assumptions for presentation to the Board of Governors
- Develop and guard institutional policies and values
- Pray for TWU's mission, people, and issues
