MA in Leadership: Non-Profit Specialization
Non-profit organizations represent the most rapidly growing sector today. Master of Arts in Leadership for non-profit prepares its students to respond to the special challenges faced by non-profit organizations, such as working with volunteers, acquiring financial support, and mediating sensitive socio-cultural situations. As a student, you will not only investigate the characteristics of effective leadership in a non-profit setting, such as financial and strategic planning, but you will also examine the values and ethics behind transformative servant leadership.
Combining online learning year-round and classroom modules in the summer, Trinity Western’s MA Lead program offers top-level leadership training in a dynamic and innovative format. Multiple options are offered to suit your individual needs. Complete this 36-credit program in 26 months through our part-time option, or finish in 13 months with our full-time option. A 24-month graduate certificate option (18 credits) is also offered to students whose time and finances are at a premium, but could be interested in eventually laddering their certificate into a full degree.
