Over 270'000 items of research can be browsed or searched, and over 175'000 can be downloaded in full text! This site is part of a large volunteer effort to enhance the free dissemination of research in Economics, RePEc. To see the popularity of these services, browse the statistics at LogEc

IDEAS is a service providing information about working papers and published research to the economics profession. IDEAS stands for "Internet Documents in Economics Access Service", which is not very good English, but you get the idea... The data available here are contributed at no charge by volunteers and made available freely.

This service uses the complete data from the RePEc database, which includes bibliographic data contributed by over 350 archives, including many of the major research outlets and publishers.

Please note that RePEc does not contain full-text journal articles; RePEc services provide links to many full text articles, but you may need a personal or institutional subscription to follow those links. If a working paper or journal article is not indicated as "downloadable", please contact the author or publisher for assistance.

Formats Indexed: Working papers, periodical articles, software, books (and book chapters), author & institutional information
