  • If we're logged on, but not responding, we're probably busy with another student. Hang on and we'll get back to you as soon as we're free, or follow the instructions below. 

  • If the Information Desk librarian is not logged on to Meebo, or is away from the desk, please e-mail us at infodesk@twu.ca to have your questions answered. 

  • If you use the Meebo widget to send us an instant message while we're not online, we have no way of knowing who you are, as messages from the Meebo window are anonymous. 

  • However, if you do IM us when we're offline, and include your e-mail, we'll get back to you when we log on.
