Co-op Procedures & Forms
The Procedure
- Download the co-op application here or pick up an application from the Student Success Centre (above the bookstore in Reimer Student Centre).
- Return the completed application to The Centre.
- Schedule an entrance interview with The Centre.
- Take PREP 100 (Career Preparation).
- Complete - Co-operative Education Learning Agreement/Work Term Registration
The Entrance Interview
The Associate Director will interview you after receiving all necessary paperwork and a transcript. Selection into the program is based on:
- Academic performance-minimum GPA of 2.5
- Communication skills
- Attitude/motivation
- Permission from your Academic Advisor
- Entrance Interview
PREP 100 (Career Preparation)
This co-op orientation course covers: a biblical perspective of the role of career development and work life; Christian principles for career exploration and planning; developing self, occupational and economic awareness; utilizing integrative and strategic career decision making processes, and pre-employment skills.
