Fair Policies

The following policies will apply to employers who wish to register for the Trinity Western University Career Fair:

Qualifying as a Standard Exhibitor

• Exhibitors must be representing the recruiting needs of the participating organization.
• Promotion of services and/or products for any other purpose is not permitted.
• Multi-level companies are not permitted to attend due to strategic focus of the Fair.

Qualifying as a Non-Profit Exhibitor

• Need to be recognized as a not-for-profit organization in Canada.

Qualifying as Alumni Exhibitor

• TWU Alumnus definition: must have 15 credits or more
• Organization must have alumnus in management

Registration Regulations

• Registration for the Fair will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Exhibitors will receive a discount if they register and pay prior to the "early bird" deadline.
• Exhibitors will be charged a premium if they are late to register for the registration deadline.
• Registrations will not be accepted verbally but must be submitted through the Career Fair website registration process.

Exhibiting Regulations

• Exhibitors will be restricted to a maximum of two booth spaces. A full registration fee for the second booth space is required.
• Organizations attending the Fair under the same corporate identity will be assigned exhibit space beside each other at the Fair.
• An organization with an outstanding invoice will not be allowed to register for a future Fair until full payment is received for the past event.
• Efforts will be made to accommodate special requests for booth location based on availability and registration date.
