Leianne Gunter, the president of A Rocha TWU, is excited to launch their biggest event of the year. Mark Wiens won’t be going home this spring break. He is co-leading a Global Projects missions trip to Calgary, Alberta. Mark felt a strong call to take this role after his positive experience leading last year’s missions trip to Sacramento, California. “Missions has always been close to my heart,” said Mark. You can taste and see the world on campus February 8-12 as part of Culture Week. The event, formerly International Week, is now “Culture Week” to emphasize that everyone is included, not just international students. Everyone has a culture to share. The week is kicked off with the International Banquet on Monday, a feast of tastes, entertainment and colorful decor. Full story
