Evangelism & Outreach

  • Students for Life:  Awareness & compassionate response to the issues relating to the sanctity of life.
  •  ZionOutreach: A specific outreach to Latter Day Saints members (Mormons) using relationships as a platform for sharing the gospel.
  •  Street Light: Friday night street evangelism with the Union Gospel Mission in downtown Vancouver 
  • Youth & Women's Drop In Ministry: Friday night ministries to the young people aged 18-24 and to inner-city women at Union Gospel Mission's Youth or Women's Drop In Centres
  •  Rahab Ministry: Ministry to the sexually exploited women of inner-city Vancouver by offering hot chocolate, love, and UGM resources.
  •  DRIME: Disciples Ready in Mobile Evangelism. A drama team that ministers on the streets of Vancouver every Saturday night, conducts drama workshops and sends teams overseas in summer. 
  •  Women's Youth Custody Centre Ministry: Outreach to the residents of Burnaby Youth Custody Centre through recreational sports, Bible Studies, hot chocolate & hanging out.
  •  Youth Extreme:   Vancouver eastside inner city youth group on Friday nights.
  •  Kids in Christ's Kingdom [KICK]:  Saturday morning childrens' Vacation Bible School in inner city Vancouver.
  • Langley Lodge:  A ministry to elderly seniors at a Care home on Sunday evenings.
      
  • The Fall Workday October 2011
    3 Hours on a Saturday when 300+ TWU student volunteers bless the local community by providing free labour!
