Missionary Rep Information

Welcome!

We are very excited to meet you and hope that you have a great time here at Trinity Western University. Please be here at 10:00 am Wednesday January 26th so that we can meet you, give you some logistical information, tell you about dorm meetings and help you set up your booths so that you can go to chapel. The hours we are advertising that you will be at your booth is from 11:30 am to 6:00 pm. We feel that changing the booth times to later in the day will increase the amount of traffic in the Atrium area. 

Parking Passes and Wireless Internet

We provide free parking for you. Please park temporarily to bring your things into the cafeteria entrance and we will give you a free pass to put on your dashboard. We will also provide a free internet code for you to use your wireless devices if necessary.

Tables and Electricity

Each missions organization will receive their own 8 foot wooden table. We do not guarantee electric outlets right beside each table. If you need electricity it is a good idea to bring your own extension cord and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 

Adopt a Missionary

Last year we had students volunteer to spend an hour of their time with you at your booth helping to interact with students. We are facilitating this process again hoping to have more students volunteer as it was a huge success. When you come we will tell you which student you have and when they are coming. 

Late Lunch is provided

This year we are providing lunch for you both days, as well as drinks and snacks throughout the day. You will go to lunch in one of two shifts either at 12:00pm or 1:00pm. Because the hours are changed this year we are not providing breakfast. This is also the reason we have have increased the amount of money required to register your organization. The new amount is $30.00
