Spring Break Teams:

In the spring of 2009, Trinity sent out 100 people to 8 different locations during Spring Break. Teams built houses with Habitat for Humanity in Hawaii, Sacramento, CA and Denver, Colorado, served in homeless shelters in Richmond California and Calgary Alberta, helped with an inner city school in Chicago Illinois, served with a church in Los Angeles California, helped rebuild homes in New Orleans Louisiana

These trips are in incredible chance to experience something new and grow into the man or woman of God that you are intended to be. Along with being able to live out your faith by serving others, you have the chance to see God working in your own life and the lives of the people around you, whether it be a teammate or someone you meet on the street.

Why we go:

Here is what students have said about the trips:

"I really enjoyed myself and it's true what they say that when you volunteer you get back way more then you ever give. I was amazed at the connections and impact Trinity had already made in the neighbourhood we were in and getting to continue those relationships made the trip very special."  - Member of the Los Angeles Team

"On this trip, I was stretched to go outside of my comfort zone and interact with people who are so different from me. Overall, this was a great experience!"  - Member on the San Francisco Team

"I was reminded that God provides. He truly is Jehovah Jireh, our provider. Even when I was lacking in faith, God remained true to His words and gave me so much more than what I asked for. I also loved seeing God's presence permeating through our team dynamic. We were so diverse, yet united."  - Member of the Calgary Team
